Section 1: “Directors” of Articles of Association is amended to “Officials”.
The meaning of directors and officials remain the same in the Commission.
Further, provisions relating to auditor is deleted.
New Articles of Association is “201505 Article of Association”.
Section 2: The Commission has no substitute members, and therefore the provision of the term of office of the substitute members in Articles of Association is deleted.

Article 5 Number of Members:
”1. The Number of Members shall not exceed eight.
2. The Commission shall appoint the following officials from among its members:
2.1 Directors: one to four.
2.2 Auditors: one to four.”

”1. The Number of Members is two to eight.
2. The Number of Officials is two to eight.”
