August 30, the 8th General Assembly held.

1　The “20120930 Articles of Association” were approved.
・　The purpose of the article decided to “the purpose of the Commission is to be useful to people in countries throughout the world.”

The article was amended as follows:
“Article 3　Projects　
In order to achieve its purpose, the Commission, primarily through use of its website, shall implement the following projects.
1. Projects to introduce recommendations of countries in the world.
2. Projects to research the root causes of earthquakes, power plant accidents, and climate change, and to recommend counter measures.
3. Other projects.

・ Articles related to powers of General Conferences were added.

・ Articles related to voting in writing were added.
　
・　There are other differences with the previous articles.

2　The project plan of the commission was approved. The time limit of the project is March 31, 2013.

We will commence to look for partner and fund raising.

December 25, the 9th CONGRESS DANCES, AND DOES PROGRESS held.
・ It was decided that General Conferences would be held at least once every two months.
・ the representatives decided to make additions to the Project Report in real-time, and that the Monthly Reports also be included in the Project Report.
・ the commission decided to engage in fundraising efforts so that we may continue our projects in the long run.
・ Switzerland is neutral.

February 3, We held the 10th Moving Conference.
・ 1st office decided to relocate. 1st office name was “Headquarters in Tokyo”.
・ 2nd office decided to prepare. 2nd office name was “microapple office”.

We inquired about participating from individuals in countries planning to participate.

March 19, We relocated to Sibuya.

March 31, We found 1 person who wishes to become an official in the future.
