“Good afternoon.
Now the Commission is world class in its small size.
However we desires to occupy an honored place in an international society to be useful to people in countries throughout the world in the future.
By the way, I will not need to tell you that the damage from megathrust earthquake is serious.
Therefore, we will start to research the root causes of earthquakes and power plant accidents, and to recommend counter measures.
This is directed not against any country or doctrine but against purpose.
The purpose is to be useful to people in countries throughout the world.
Thank you very much.”

I request the relocation of the Headquarters in Tokyo because it doesn’t use in rest. The president makes decisions about the relocation.
