1, I added the provision that was determined necessary at a previous conference.
9th CONGRESS DANCES, AND DOES PROGRESS:
I request
“Chapter 4 General Conferences Article 14 Holding 1. General Conferences shall be held at least once a year.”
of Articles be amended to
“Chapter 4 General Conferences Article 14 Holding 1. General Conferences shall be held at least once every two months.”
2, Non members could be elected to the chair. I officially added to the provision.
”Chapter 4 General Conferences Article 16 Chair and Minute Taker 2 The Chair of the each General Conference may be selected from non members.”
Item 2: I request to reappoint as president.
Speech:
“The commission was established in a year of great shock.
That year, the ground shook. A power plant accident occured. Also global warming is continuing gradually.
The time for just watching has ended. We must act.
We desires to occupy an honored place in an international society to save succeeding generations from the these disasters
and to be useful to people in countries throughout the world.
Now the Commission is world class in its small size.
Therefore the world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but we must keep our promise and purpose.
I pledge to do my best our commission honor for accomplish.”
