Ladies and gentlemen. 9th CONGRESS DANCES, AND DOES PROGRESS will commence from now.

　Agenda Items

1. Four items were presented to the commission by the President.

Item 1: I request that General Conferences shall be held at least once every two months.

Item 2: I request that the representatives make additions to the Project Report in real-time, and that the Monthly Reports also be included in the Project Report.

Item 3: I request that the commission engage in fundraising efforts so that we may continue our projects in the long run.

Item 4: Switzerland is neutral.

Resolutions

There were the raising of hand on the four items, 1 in favor, 0 opposed, and 0 abstaining. Therefore, four items were approved, and the congress did progress.
